本實驗室利用高通量(high-throughput)平台,Microchip、NGS(Next Generation Sequencing),找尋可應用在生物或生物醫學上的生物指標(Biomarker)。為了要達到這件事情,我們整合Wet lab experiment,無論是利用動物模式(Mice)或者是細胞(Cancer cell)模式,驗證透過生物技術與分析之後所得到的結果;在Dry lab生物資訊這一塊,利用分析了解如何將很多實驗資料做整合、建構許多資料庫達到有系統分析與呈現。實驗室也開發許多新工具,實驗中透過先前發現的Biomaker,以細胞模式、動物模式,驗證其功能。了解更多......
